Refund policy

Alpha preview. Stationery Qatar is in alpha and isn't taking live orders yet. These terms are placeholders and will only apply once the store leaves alpha.

Returns within 5 days

You can return most items within 5 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with all parts and accessories.

Items we can't take back

• Opened consumables such as ink, toner, glue and paint
• Items made or customised to your order, such as stamps with your text
• Electrical items that have been used. These are covered by the manufacturer's warranty instead.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours with a photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including delivery.

How to start a return

WhatsApp or call us on +974 5524 0997 with your order number. We'll arrange a collection or tell you where to drop the item off.

Refunds

Once we've checked the returned item, we refund you within 7 working days to your original payment method. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
